How it works

The idea behind UNBOXABLE

1

Early learning

As children, we learn what love, trust, conflict, and worth mean. We learn how to respond.

2

Established patterns

Those responses become our normal way of operating as adults.

3

A catalyst

Something happens — pain, illness, loss, another hard moment — that makes the cost of the pattern clear.

4

Discover

You look at what you do, what you believe, and what it costs you now.

5

Replace

You practice a different response, one small step at a time.

6

Keep going

You repeat what helps, start again after slips, and make the change yours.

Your focus can change

What brings you in is a starting point, not a final answer

As you learn more about yourself, your focus may shift. That is expected. UNBOXABLE follows what becomes clear. You can update your focus at any time, and you can repeat any week as many times as you need.

Your weekly rhythm

A minute a day keeps the change alive

Each course week follows the same rhythm: read the lesson Monday, practice through the week, review on Sunday. Short answers are enough — “Tried it.” “No chance today.” “Need a smaller step.”
