The Voice Is Not the Truth
Most of us have a harsh inner voice that shows up when we try to change: “You always mess this up.” “Who do you think you are?” “You’ll never keep it up.”
That voice is usually a learned response, not a fact. When you slip, the voice gets loud. This course teaches you to hear it without obeying it.

Marcus sends an angry text before remembering to pause. The voice roars: “You ruined everything. Same old you.”
Instead of quitting, Marcus tries a different reply to himself: “I slipped. I was tired. Next time I’ll put the phone down first.”
Same facts. No shame. A next step.
